What does the Universal law mean?

By the Law we do not mean a set of mundane, man-made laws, nor even the laws and/or commandments of Moses or Jesus. The Universal law is what governs the workings of the material and subtle universe. The guardians of these Laws are known as the Thrones (archangelic class) in the Christian cultural term. In other cultures the Law is expressed in other words. E.g. Lao Tzu 2500 years ago gave the name Tao, while Buddhism-Hinduism uses the term Dharma.
