A. Physical persons
by filling in a declaration 230, 3,5% of your personal income tax to

If you have decided to contribute 3.5% of your tax to our association, please fill in the above form with your personal details and send it to ANAF in person or electronically, or by post, by 31 March at the latest.
B. Legal persons
a) If you are a trading company and pay corporate tax on your activities, you may reduce the amount of corporation tax you pay to the State by the amount of the aid granted to
ASOCIAȚIA „UKT-JOGAEGYESULET”
subject to the following limits: up to 0,75% of turnover and up to 20% of the corporation tax payable. In other words, whichever of the two conditions above is the lower, the maximum amount of aid that can be deducted is the lower of the two.
b) If you are a micro-enterprise, the maximum accountable aid will be 20% of the quarterly corporation tax payable with which you can support:

i.e. you will pay less corporation tax to the State each quarter with the amount subsidized.
