The Objectives of the UCC Foundation

To achieve its mission, the foundation carries out the following (public benefit) activities:

1. Health promotion, disease prevention, and medical rehabilitation activities:
   - Raising awareness of the role of self-knowledge, faith, and a right life philosophy among those seeking assistance from the foundation, through counseling aimed at preventing disease and promoting health;
   - Teaching various meditation and yoga techniques and applying them to resolve conflicts in everyday life, with the aim of preventing illness and maintaining health;
   - Establishing a meditation and counseling center dedicated to health maintenance and disease prevention, and supporting its operational conditions—both personnel and material.
2. Education and training, skill development, and dissemination of knowledge:
   - Promoting training in life philosophy, the unbiased study of various religions and worldviews, and fostering dialogue among them through support for events and publications;
   - Assisting individuals who turn to the foundation in finding a life philosophy that suits them, enabling them to reach their full potential as individuals and to live freely and without fear;
   - Promoting UCC as a life philosophy by producing publications and organizing lectures in order to facilitate the individual’s integration into society, to help them achieve inner and outer peace and harmony, and to enable them to become a dedicated helper to society and the people in their community;

- Promoting the importance of self-knowledge training and self-education to help individuals find their place in both smaller (family, group) and larger (society) communities;
- To subsidize the costs of events, trips, relevant publications, tools, etc., related to the implementation of the foundation’s life philosophy;
- To support the organization and implementation of cultural gatherings and lectures that introduce and promote the UKT’s philosophy of life, foster self-awareness, and are related to these goals;
- Developing and promoting a culture of behavior and communication with the aim of improving family and social relationships and facilitating social integration;
- Establishing self-education circles, self-knowledge groups, and small communities, as well as organizing and directing their cultural and other (sports, yoga) activities, in which community members engage in activities that support themselves and one another while practicing the UCC’s philosophical principles;
- Supporting the activities of the Yoga Association for Universal Christ Consciousness (ASOCIAȚIA “UKT-JOGAEGYESULET,” Odorheiu Secuiesc, Romania), which pursues goals consistent with those outlined above;
- Supporting the activities and website (https://uktm.org) of the Movement for Universal Christ Consciousness (a spiritual and lifestyle civic initiative), which pursues goals consistent with those outlined above;
- Preserving the spiritual legacy (books, spiritual educational system, lectures) of the founder, whose goals align with those mentioned above.

3. The foundation may award scholarships and one-time grants, and may also employ staff—either full-time or part-time—to ensure the most effective realization of the foundation’s objectives.
4. The foundation does not support any political parties or members of the National Assembly, local councils, or the European Parliament, nor does it field candidates in elections for the National Assembly, local councils, or the European Parliament. It does not engage in political activities and operates independently of political parties and in a nonpartisan manner.
5. The foundation may collect donations anonymously in a sealed donation box for the specified purposes.
