Humans live on Earth in a state of egoic disconnection from God. For the individual consciousness, the interest of the individual is paramount. Individual interests eclipse the interests of the group, country, and ultimately all of humanity, and individuals, groups, countries fight for the redistribution of the limited material goods available.
