"IQ-EQ-SQ" spiritual self-awareness training

"Whoever is for himself uninteresting,
in other’s thinking he is undeserving.
Who considers himself only a substance,
the fate of matter determines his existence.
Who understands himself, controls his life.
Who don’t know himself, continues the strife. "
(Rhasoda: Self-knowledge)

The three pillars of stability (IQ-EQ-SQ)

If someone had to sit on uneven ground on a chair, they may have found that only the three-legged chair could remain stable under such conditions. Let us now apply this analogy to the human personality, and name the three components which development can enable us to maintain our composure, our inner harmony, our ability to act, that is, our stability in any situation. The unevenness of the soil symbolizes the storms of life that inevitably come and go when we live in the world, because in such cases we cannot separate ourselves from the law of action-reaction.

Then let’s take a look at how can we find the three legs of the chair at the level of the internal components of the human personality. The first is IQ. The development of intelligence means to acquire certain knowledge about the world (facts) and how it works (connections). IQ can be assigned mainly to mental abilities, logical thinking and situational awareness.

The second component is EQ. EQ is commonly referred to as emotional intelligence, essentially encompassing an individual's emotional life. We can consider it as the ability of individuals to put themselves in the situation of others, to feel the emotions of others, to be able to experience deep emotions, to analyse them, to control them. Once they are aware of their own emotions, so that, they respect and understand the emotions of others, so they can handle their reactions.

The third component is SQ, i.e. spiritual intelligence. On my opinion, the determination of spiritual intelligence is that, an individual seeks the meaning of his/her life above the goals of the material world. This can be the service of others, activities for noble purposes; so, some “idea” will be the guiding principle. This idea can also be God. Because this area of the brain is located above the IQ and EQ centre, the individual becomes capable of overshadow his/her personal interests, as well as the centre of personal self-consciousness (ego) at least relatively, in order to develop the idea.

The UCC IQ-EQ-SQ spiritual self-awareness training develops and harmonizes these centers. Its methods are based on mind regulation derived from the yoga sutras of Patanjali. The training balances the personality, helps him/her to integrate into the culture and environment, yet offers the individual the opportunity for personal development. Individual development can be reconciled with the challenges of the workplace and family/partner commitments.  The method is easy to learn and does not require any serious knowledge of yoga, but is a prerequisite for joining UCC 'Tat-tvam-asi' yoga school.

The training can be carried out by a UCCM's designated trainers. The training is performed on a weekly basis, approx. 20x1.5 hours in the evening (or at an agreed time), in a group (or individually), personally (or via internet).

FAQ
Does the devil exist?
Everything which has a name exists. The moment we give a name to a concept, we make it exist, it becomes a thought-form on the mental plane. From then on it is up to us to charge our creation with energy. If we want good, we keep away from negative beings. In other words, this means that by projecting our fears, we can create a being that we identify as a devil. These thought-forms can be eliminated by directing divine light, such as an angel, towards them. For the devil is the absence of the angel.
At the level of the macrocosm, this concept only makes sense as long as we think in terms of a dual (bipolar) world. As long as we cannot consciously leave our microcosm (the totality of our physical and ener ...
