The author puts this 2,500-year-old philosophy into poems with crystal-clear logic that is comprehensible to the modern man. The work remains in this treatment a doctrine of the highest order, yet it provides moral and ethical guidance that can be followed in everyday life. 

The commentaries accompanying the poems help to translate and live the philosophical content into everyday life. The book is illustrated by André Kurta's arresting, colorful paintings, perfectly suited to the subject.
