Someone asked why I created an angel course instead of something else that’s more trendy, like a course on UFOs. Now that *The Odyssey* is in cinemas, I could even come up with a course on Circe or the Cyclops—it would surely be a bigger hit. Unfortunately, none of these would bring us any closer to God or to our own inner essence. The question, then, is: what do we want? Most people are obviously not seeking God, but rather their own entertainment; as for the course instructors, they seek fame and material wealth. Although none of them are to be scorned, I was not commissioned for these. How did this come about?

A former student of mine, while meditating, brought down a golden scroll of light from the realm of the angels to Eden and handed it to me. I accepted the scroll, but neither of us unrolled it. We waited; a whole year passed. I don’t tend to collect tasks for myself; waiting allows things to ripen. Finally, the time came. The scroll had to be unrolled horizontally. At the top of the scroll was a row of symbols, which I initially mistook for a decorative motif. Below it, were two sentences that bore no resemblance to any language or script I currently knew. Interestingly, however, I had no difficulty understanding them, because the meaning became clear to me. The first sentence beneath the row of symbols: “We entrust you with the creation of an angel-training program.” The second sentence: “We ask you to develop an angel-training program that helps people ascend to God and fulfill our service.” The signature read: Ofanims. The three-part symbol on the scroll only became clear when I rotated the scroll 90 degrees so that my left hand was facing upward.

I felt that the symbol, divided into three parts, could be conveyed in accordance with three levels. The fourth level was not shown on the scroll; it was revealed to me through my own meditation. Afterward, influenced by my Unity point of view and my love for the angels, I decided to fulfill the request. I was already nearing the end of developing the course when I examined the scroll again to see if I could find any more information on it. I focused more closely on the written signs. I had to spell it out from right to left. And at that moment, I realized that the language and the script were Aramaic! This brought back memories of a time in my life when, as a member of the Essene community during the time of Jesus, I was closest to the angels.

Spiritual teachers have already made numerous attempts to bring angels closer to people. These have met with varying degrees of success. This attempt, which began with this course, differs significantly from previous ones in that it involves an initiation into a connecting symbol. The angels hope that this will make people’s connection with the angels more stable, because in this way, people’s consciousness will be less prone to fluctuation while working with the angels. All work with angels can only be performed with a clear mind and a stable causal consciousness in order to truly convey authentic information to the earthly sphere. Achieving this state of consciousness, however, would require advanced knowledge of yoga, which can only be acquired over a long period of time through persistent effort. The angels wish to accelerate humanity’s spiritual development, and to this end, they continue to convey new information.

In compiling our course, we drew upon the angelic system of the Essene community that existed during the time of Jesus. The Essenes placed emphasis not on rituals, but on experiencing inner unity (oneness) with the angels. Thus, this will also be the central concept of our course. The essence of this union can be summarized in three points:

1. Human beings are surrounded by an ocean of consciousness and power that flows continuously toward them from God.
2. If a person knows the appropriate energy centers in their body, they are able to receive these currents.
3. If they align themselves with this current and receive it in the proper way, they can utilize it in all areas of life.

The purpose of human life was also articulated in three points:

1. Individual spiritual life purpose (progress toward perfection through personal development).
2. Global life purpose (serving one’s immediate and broader environment, from the family through the wider community all the way to humanity).
3. Cosmic life purpose (entering the spheres beyond Earth, which extend from the spiritual world through the angels to God).

Throughout the development of Christianity, there were several masters and teachers—some of whom were even canonized as saints—who drew upon Essene sources and worked with angels. The Christian churches, however, make no mention of them; indeed, they do not even recognize or describe the functions of angels. Thus, angels have been reduced to the role of chubby little angels in religious imagery, transformed into mythological creatures that existed only in the imaginations of people from bygone eras. The scriptures of other religions have done nothing to clarify the status of angels; in fact, they have further increased the confusion through misinterpretations.

After completing the EYA-N Angel Course, the existence of angels is no longer a matter of faith. Only personal experience can convince anyone that this pure sphere of the spiritual world exists, a sphere that has but one purpose: to lead people back to their own divine origin. Why don’t religions speak of this? Of course, they won’t tell you that you are of divine origin—and that with proper training, you could verify this for yourself. They’d rather have you be a suffering victim of original sin or continue to groan under the burdens of your karma. Yet this is a misunderstanding—or, at worst, a fairy tale—with which they’ve fed the masses in order to create an obedient populace. The point is, don’t think. It may come as a surprise, but here, the angel course does not fall into the category of a children’s fairy tale or esoteric nonsense; rather, it becomes rock-solid reality in the participant’s life. Something enters their life that, until now, had appeared at most in the depictions of worn-out holy images or in their dreams. Unimaginable? Yes—until you come.
