The mercy provided to me by my guru (Sri Yukteswar Giri) and the satguru (Sri Mahavatar Babaji) is almost incomprehensible. That this work could be completed is due to their undeniable grace.

Nevertheless, the work together was not without its internal and external struggles on my part. I fought the internal one with myself for the synthesis of religious approaches, and the external one with the traditional system represented by my guru. For me, the essence of battle was to represent Christianity in the universal yoga system in a way and at a level which is worthy of the sacrifice Jesus made for humanity. Furthermore, that the subordinate role assigned to the feminine quality by religions be eliminated and that the feminine principle be restored to the level it has always occupied in the universe.

I didn't accept any dogma, any pattern that would have made my journey much easier if it had been uploaded on me. I remained a free thinker, who has and can have an independent, and where appropriate independent of the guru, opinion on existential philosophical questions. Fortunately, nothing was forced on me; it was tolerated the debate and that I didn't accept anything automatically, on command, in contrary they led me to the right solution. More than once, my insights proved to be a critique of Hinduism, which was accepted and brought about a change in my masters' approach.

I believe that the universal yoga system I have developed has succeeded in laying a foundation in which all religions have their place and role, and which is also understandable and feasible for representatives of Western culture.

The 2nd volume of this book is available only for disciples of UCCM yoga courses on the highest level. Use of the contents and practices of this book without a spiritual guide, teacher, guru, etc. is not recommended.

What happens to us after death?
Our physical body will decay and return into the cycle of matter. The etheric body (except for some highly evolved yogis and saints) dissolves into the etheric world. The astral-mental body has the possibility of independent existence, especially if our relatives support its survival by their attachment, or if we ourselves are so attached to the earthly world that we want to keep it alive at all costs. Then, while remaining in this body, we can have certain experiences on the subtle material plane which, depending on one's purity, can give the impression of either hell or heaven, but which in any case are fed by our inner world of illusion and have nothing to do with reality. In many religions this is called th ...
