This book is intended to help my fellow human beings find and achieve the path to wholeness, awareness and happiness.

In the first chapter of the book, we can read about the most important, life-changing spiritual milestones of the author's life. This chapter is important because the author uses her own life experiences to support her later teachings. The life journey is exemplary for the main message of the book, which is that one's most important task in life is to move from unconsciousness to the highest level of consciousness, and one possible means of doing this is to process and evaluate one's own life events.

In the next chapter, which can be further subdivided into subsections, the actual teaching is explained. In this section, the structure of the personality and the most important laws of its integration into society are reviewed from a spiritual perspective. All this is discussed with scientific rigor and logic, while nevertheless remaining accessible to the general reader. This is followed by a description of the most important universal laws which determine the possible movements of the individual in one's life. All these are illustrated by examples from real life. Finally, the author also shows the tools we have to transform our personalities so that our qualities facilitate, rather than hinder, the achievement of our goals. In this way we can find our place and purpose in the world and achieve inner peace, tranquility and happiness. The last part of the teaching contains meditation exercises. The meditations are made up of modules that can be combined with each other. Based on the patterns, the reader can build up meditations for himself/herself that fit his/her specific situation and circumstances.

In the previous chapters, the reader has been introduced to the tools of self-analysis, i.e., he/she has been able to examine himself/herself.  In the last chapter the author reverses the direction of observation and looks at human society, its functioning and the movements of individuals within it from the point of view of an external observer (an extraterrestrial being). This writing, called fantasy, presents the reader with a curved mirror in which he/she can see the contradictions of his/her own anthropocentric thinking. The writing is at once plainly scientific, poetic and witty, in which a Himalayan yogi attempt to explain the workings of human society to extraterrestrial being.

The book stands out from the esoteric dumping literature of our time for its scientific rigor, its logical structure and the fact that it gives the reader a clear goal and practical methods for progress. It brings together the most important scientific, psychological, esoteric, etc. knowledge that helps the reader to find his/her way in the world, to take conscious control of his/her destiny and to become its master. It is not an easy read, it requires attention and reflection on the part of the reader, but it is well worth the investment. I recommend it for those who want to live their lives more consciously, who seek to understand their life events, who want to see clearly the driving forces behind events, who are tired of drifting, of suffering, and who seek guidance in the flood of esoteric, scientific, cultural and other information of our times.

FAQ
What is yoga?
The question can be answered on several levels. An average person would certainly understand it to mean the practice of physical exercises. But yoga is much more than a series of physical practice. It is a complete philosophy of life. The essence of this philosophy of life is that one submits oneself (body, soul, spirit) to the Supreme Self (God) and from then on lives one's life as a realization of Self-realization (the Supreme Self, God). The eight-step system of yoga has been laid down by Patanjali, in the diet of which the disciple must practice all eight steps to reach the ultimate goal. In this sense, yoga is, was and will be a path of God-realization. To use it in any other sense is based on a fal ...
