Now that the multi-year anniversary of the pandemic is slowly approaching, we can conclude that humanity has failed the Great Covid Test without realizing that it was being tested and without learning its lesson. 

Let us first look at the attitude of the churches. They were asked the question, is God punishing by the Covid plague? The representatives of the non-Christian churches said that Christians were being punished by God, until the Covid appeared between them, and then they become silent. The official position of the representatives of the Christian churches was that it was not a punishment. How can be that? We know since Jesus that not even a bird can fall from a tree without the will of the Father. So now they deny what Jesus said? No, they just don't know what they are saying. In our world there are two ways how the creation come into being, either God creates or man creates. 

1. If God creates, He does it through nature, because He is the creator and sustainer of nature. So, if the virus came about naturally, then God created it and had a purpose, such as an exam, the Great Covid Test. Or can we imagine an omnipotent God who "accidentally" creates a virus that "accidentally" knocks out mankind? 

2. If God has nothing to do with it, then only man could have created it, and in this case, we come to the popular conspiracy theories. But surely that's not what the representatives of the churches had in mind, has it? All the churches, all the representatives of all religions, as one people, should have asked Almighty God to help us to avert this epidemic because of its health and economic effects, regardless of how the virus was created. 

Let us then look at the reaction of governments. The two world powers (USA, China) blamed each other for creating the virus. Then the more powerful countries or groups of countries competed with each other to create the vaccine. They obviously hope to make extra profit. Exceptionally, the laughing third (Russia) was the first to run with the result. Reaction: a smear campaign has been launched, they were accused of fraud (or better, of being mistaken). Fortunately, they didn't give a damn. At the beginning of the pandemic in our country an uneducated market merchant made his incisive opinion: "How they want to go to Mars when they can't even produce a vaccine?"  

Obviously, the situation is more nuanced, but the point is there somewhere. The failure of the world's governments is that they are not using the Earth's resources for what they should be doing: solving pollution, stopping desertification, ending hunger, stopping population migration, etc., but are engaging in hobby-research, and they are doing it in competition with each other, sharing their resources, blinded by the profit motive, as they are with the Covid vaccine.  

Let us then look at healthcare as an institutional system. I am not looking at the heroic struggle of the medical staff, who are as much victims as the suffering patients. Let us carry out a thought experiment. Suppose Uncle John at the end of the village accidentally discovers the cure for Covid and posts it on Facebook. (You can substitute people seeking alternative cures for Uncle John, and any other disease for Covid.) What will be the institutionalized response? First comes the silence. If that doesn't work, then discrediting, if that doesn't work either, because Uncle John starts trying his cure on patients to gather evidence, then comes the lawsuit, to accuse him to charlatan, the big fine, which will be deducted from his pension to bring him to the brink of starvation and discourage him from experimenting. If Uncle John survives all these, and fights for his own righteousness, then decades from now someone will get rich from the realization, but it won't be him. This applies to any discovery that does not take place within the formal, institutionalized system. Who would want to discover something in this society? Because I don't.  

Finally, let's look at how each person failed? For this, I once again conducted a thought experiment. I asked the angels to let me know how many people turned to God for help when they got the infection. I took notes for a week and the result was approx. ten within Hungary. On a global scale, it is proportionally more, and Trump was also included in this. But they took to the Internet to tell how much they suffered! I e.g. turned to God after a week, when the symptoms became stronger, and the next day I was fine. It's true, I don't have proof of it, but I don't want to prove it either, because faith doesn't require proof. 

In my opinion, humanity would be better off if we turned to God in all cases, even when we want to create and even when we have messed it up. Bowing before God is also a declaration of humility towards Nature. Against Nature, to which even atheists attribute an independent intelligence, since they think that the self-evolution of matter gave rise to human intelligence. Therefore, if we attribute intelligence to Nature, then we must realize that it is much more intelligent than us, because we cannot even create a virus in harmony with Nature, not to mention its antidote.
